2. Membership

• Membership services may differ slightly from those initially described.
• Payment of the Registration Fee confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• BoB Clubs Yorkshire reserves the right to terminate membership if a Member breaches these Terms and Conditions.
• Membership is personal to the individual and not their business; transfers within a business or to another Club are subject to approval.

3. Clubs

• Membership is confirmed once an individual applies, pays the Membership Fee, and is accepted by the Coordinator on behalf of the Club.
• Membership is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled by the Member.
• Membership lasts for one year, with renewal at the discretion of BoB Clubs Yorkshire.
• BoB Clubs Yorkshire reserves the right to create, postpone, or close Clubs without liability.
• In the event that BoB Clubs Yorkshire postpones or closes a Club, no refunds will be issued unless otherwise specified.

4. Meetings

• Meetings are held fortnightly at specific venues and last two hours.
• Members may visit other Clubs if their profession is not already represented.
• Members will be notified in advance of any change in venue for their Club’s Meetings.
• Only one individual per profession/occupation is allowed in each Club.
• Visitors may attend up to two Meetings before needing to join as a Member.
• Members are expected to attend every Meeting unless prior notice is given.
• If a Member cannot attend, they may send a substitute from a non-conflicting profession.
• Failure to attend regularly, with attendance falling below 60%, will typically result in a meeting to discuss the issue.

5. Member Obligations and Coordinator Responsibilities

• Information provided by Members must be accurate and updated promptly if circumstances change.
• Members must act respectfully towards others at Meetings. BoB Clubs Yorkshire may terminate membership without compensation if behaviour is deemed inappropriate.
• Meetings are arranged and managed by a Coordinator appointed by BoB Clubs Yorkshire.
• The Coordinator is responsible for organising Meetings, venues, and managing visitor bookings.
• Coordinators must be always treated with respect. Failure to treat Coordinators with respect may result in membership termination.

6. Fees, Payment, and Intellectual Property

• The Membership Fee is usually payable in full in advance; however, payment by instalments may be available.
• Fees are listed on the Website and may vary over time.
• An invoice will be provided for all Membership Fees.
• A one-off registration fee is payable upon joining, and if re-joining after leaving.
• A separate Meeting Fee is payable for each Meeting, which is typically paid by standing order into the Club’s designated account.
• Late or non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.
• All materials supplied by BoB Clubs Yorkshire are subject to copyright and can only be used for the Member’s own business networking.
• Any unauthorised use or reproduction of materials will be considered a breach of copyright and may result in damages being payable.
• All intellectual property rights related to BoB Clubs Yorkshire remain its property.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

• BoB Clubs Yorkshire will maintain confidentiality of Member information, except where necessary for providing services.
• Members must also respect the confidentiality of BoB Clubs Yorkshire’s information, including business methods and practices.
• BoB Clubs Yorkshire will comply with UK GDPR regulations when handling personal data.
• Members may take photos at Meetings, but anyone objecting to this should inform the Club Coordinator.

• Liability for any claims is limited to the amount of fees paid.
• BoB Clubs Yorkshire is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business opportunities, profit, or business reputation.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Complaints, Severance, and Waiver

• Members should raise any concerns with their Coordinator, Regional Coordinator or Regional Director as soon as possible.
• Complaints must be confirmed in writing within seven days to be addressed. BoB Clubs Yorkshire will acknowledge complaints and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
• If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid.
• Failure by BoB Clubs Yorkshire to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
