I'm an energy industry geoscientist and palaeontologist, driven by my deep passion for earth science and business 🌍

What I Do:

As the founder of Labstrat, I provide expert geoscience subcontracting services, focusing on wellsite operations, applied palaeontology/biostratigraphy, and laboratory processing 👷🔬 

Geologists help operators understand the subsurface so they can identify, access, and de-risk exploration, production, and storage opportunities in the energy transition (O&G, SCS, NWS, hydrogen, geothermal, mining, etc.) 🏭

We help them do it cheaper and faster, too! But how much cheaper and faster? 🤔

I'm working on that one 😉

Why I do it? My mission is to:

- Connect biostratigraphy talent (including myself 😉) to the marketplace (consultancies/operators) and vice versa.

- Quantify and communicate the value of biostratigraphy in the and energy industry.
