My work is two-fold:

Under the TBA Corporate Finance banner, I help clients successfully exit their businesses through a smooth sales process, raise equity finance (a bit like Dragons’ Den — but without the tears and drama!), and grow through strategic mergers and acquisitions.

Under Northbar Finance, I operate as a Commercial Finance Broker, supporting clients with funding solutions including Commercial Mortgages, Bridging Loans, Development Finance, Invoice and Stock Finance, Business Loans (secured and unsecured), and Asset Finance.
